i live in zone 4/5 ontario canada if that matters.. what can i plant now that blooms july or augest? other than cosmos, morning glories, sweet peas... or anything i can plant now so that they bloom next year? thx.

Marigolds
Gomphrena
Baby's Breath (Gypsophila)
Nasturium
Bachelor's Button\
some types of Aster
Bells of Ireland
Clarkia
Stocks
Lavatera
Annual Penstemmon
Flamingo Celosia
Many, many more. If you have a garden center nearby, there should be a number of things there to plant.
Things for next year: any biannual or perennial will work for that. All you need to do is figure out when you want it to bloom and pick a flower that blooms during that time of the year.
