Some recipies ideas please?????
This is a fun question!

Okay - usually they are called taco roll ups but, we are going to improvise.

1) Cream Cheese mix well with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, (usually it's made with taco seasoning) but, then toast a piece of bread and use as a spread.

2) Mac and Cheese - Remove the Cheese and boil your noodles and you can add seasonings so you can save your cheese if needed (that would be an extra ingredient to place on your onion rings or french fries)

3) boil your rice then you can fry your rice with your oil - it would be like friend rice without all the goodies but, it's still fried rice and use your seasonings.

3) 1 can tomato soup, add your corn with your seasonings and you will have volume added to your soup. You can even add the croutons in it.

4) Spinach drained, add a little bit of rice as a filler along with your seasonings or hot sauce.

I've been exactly where you are. Hang in there!!!! :-(

That's when I've always looked my best!! So, think about that positive thought....

When you have money - always buy a HUGE bag of rice - you can add anything to rice and it's also filling....

UPDATE:

Craving Something Sweet??

Lightly mix your wheeties with oil, then sprinkle with sugar then place them on a cookie sheet and bake them for about 15 minutes until golden brown and then that will be your treat when you are craving something sweet.

Also - you can boil, bake and or mash your potatoes and use the BBQ sauce as dipping sauce...
Reply:I REALLY tried to think of some things...but it looks like youre going to be in condiment heaven for a while
Reply:rice and black bean salad

cook rice, rinse beans put in bowl with a little salad oil salt pepper and garlic powder, toss with rice--works better with vinager maybe add corn

try soup with sour cream

add seasonings to cream cheese and top pasta

I don't know any more good luck!
Reply:go to the food network website . they have all kinds of recipes on it .you can probably find some good ones that are easy to fix.
Reply:I was looking in your list for some flour... I usually mix some flour with some water and salt... make it a dough, then flavor it with whatever I have.. cheese, oregano, butter, garlic... roll it on the table and fry it with oil... it tastes really good and you can come up with many many ideas. If I want it sweet, I use some cinammon and sugar.

You can flavor the rice with the tomato soup and garlic.

Good luck!
Reply:why not have stuffed spuds??

and just use a different filling each night, you could stuff some spuds with rice %26amp; beans cooked in the tomato soup with hot sauce added %26amp; sour cream on top (like chilli con carne) and you can also stuff the spuds with the mac and cheese..(trust me I have done this before and it is yummy.. even mac and cheese toasted sandwiches are good.. or stuff the spuds with spinich, corn and cream cheese.... you can also have a spin on a dish that I eat when low on food and is really yummy.. put the french fries %26amp; onion rings on a oven tray and mix some mayo, mustard and the cream cheese and some corn together and drizzle it over the fries and rings and bake in the oven till golden, then sprinkle lightly with paprika and use some sour cream to garnish... you could also cook a variation of fried rice with the rice corn, %26amp; sweet peas and onion fried in oil with some garlic powder and salt.. Although you have no soy, but I don't mind fried rice with tomato sauce instead sometimes... .. hopefully that will give you some creative ideas for some meals to get you through the week.. as for the cereal %26amp; muesli, If you work take it in a container to work and use thier milk for the week to get you by... don't starve now!!
